Business owners ask us the same question every few weeks: “You tailor so well, can you make matching uniforms for my whole team?” Tailoring and making uniforms are different jobs, so we built a separate company for the second one. ATL Apparel Factory is run by the same team as ATL Tailor. It has its own factory, a fitting room in Buckhead, and published prices.

Tailoring vs. custom-making: which do you need?

Tailoring shapes one garment to one person. That is why our bespoke suits and rush alterations work so well for individuals.

A team is a different problem. Fifteen servers need fifteen matching polos with the same logo, cut from the same pattern, delivered together. Making those one at a time by hand is slow and expensive. Producing them in a factory from one pattern is faster and keeps every piece consistent. The exception is management and front-desk staff, where a properly fitted jacket is worth the extra step.

Polos and everyday staff wear

For most teams, the polo is the workhorse. ATL Apparel Factory makes custom polo shirts in four fabric tiers:

  • Economy: durable everyday polos for teams and heavy-use work wear.
  • Standard: the most popular tier, balanced comfort and value for daily staff uniforms.
  • Performance: moisture-wicking, quick-dry fabric for active staff and outdoor wear.
  • Luxury: top-tier pima cotton for corporate and boutique settings.

Your logo, embroidered or printed, is included in the price, and there is no setup or digitization fee. The price per piece drops as quantity goes up, starting from $6.86 at 60 pieces or more. You can also order polos online from a single piece.

Tailored suits and jackets for front of house

Hotels, restaurants, and offices often want a sharper look for managers and guest-facing staff. ATL Apparel Factory makes tailored staff suits and jackets from $185 per jacket. Bring your team in and everyone is measured in one appointment at the Buckhead fitting room, then the garments are made in the company’s own factory.

How long does it take?

Polos take about two weeks door to door. Tailored staff suits take about three weeks. If you are up against a deadline, ask about Atlanta rush production, which can be done within 7 days.

How to get started

  1. Choose your path. Order polos online, or request a quote for anything custom. Quotes come back within two working days.
  2. Send your logo. After you order, the team asks for the file and your size breakdown.
  3. Approve the mockup. You see a full digital mockup before anything is produced.
